At Swizel LLC (referred to as “Company,” “us,” or “we”), we recognize that your privacy is important. This “Privacy Policy” discloses the privacy practices for the Company’s website https://shop.specialolympics.org (the “Site”), as well as related products we sell and services we may offer to you (collectively, the products and services we offer are referred to as the “Offerings”). This Privacy Policy also covers how personal and other information that we receive or collect about you is treated. Please read the information below to learn the following regarding your use of this Site and the Offerings.

We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time. 2. How Your Personal Information is Collected. We collect most of this personal information directly from you—via our Site, your use of the Offerings, and by telephone, text, or email. However, we may also collect information:

  • From cookies on our website; and
  • Via our IT systems.

3. Cookies. Depending on how you use our Site, we will store cookies on your computer to collect certain aggregate data about our users and to customize certain aspects of your specific user experience. 6. Whom We Share Your Personal Information With. We routinely share personal information with:

  • Our affiliates, including companies within the Swizel LLC group (if any);
    • Service providers, we use to help provide the Offerings to you, such as payment service providers, warehouses and delivery companies.
    • Other third parties we use to help us run our business, such as marketing agencies or website hosts.
    • Third parties approved by you, including social media sites you choose to link your account to or third-party payment providers.

We only allow our service providers to handle your personal information if we are satisfied, they take appropriate measures to protect your personal information. 7. INTEREST-BASED ADVERTISING OPT-OUT AND DO NOT TRACK SIGNALS. 9. Where Your Personal Information is Held. Our servers are maintained in the United States of America ("USA"). By using the Site and/or Offerings, you freely and explicitly give us your consent to export your personal information to the USA and to store and use it in the USA as specified in this Privacy Policy. You understand that data stored in the USA may be subject to lawful requests by the courts or law enforcement authorities in the USA.

10. How Long Your Personal Information Will Be Kept. We will keep your personal information while you have an account on our Site or while we are providing the Offerings to you. Thereafter, we will keep your personal information for as long as is necessary:
